Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to the most common questions about coaching, training, and competitive shooting.

Coaching

What's the difference between a masterclass and personal coaching?
A masterclass is a group session where multiple participants learn together. Personal coaching is one-on-one training tailored to your specific needs and goals.
How long does it take to see improvements?
It varies from person to person, but most see measurable improvements after 2-3 sessions. Consistent training and practice are key to long-term success.
Do I need to have my own equipment?
Yes, it's recommended to have your own gun and equipment. This ensures consistency in your training and allows us to work with your specific setup.

Training

How often should I train?
For optimal development, at least 1-2 times per week is recommended. Regularity is more important than intensity in the beginning.
Can I participate as a beginner?
Absolutely! We offer coaching at all levels, from beginners to elite shooters. The program is adapted to your current level.
What should I bring to a session?
Bring your gun, ammunition, ear and eye protection, and practical clothing. Specific information will be sent upon booking.

Equipment

Which gun should I choose as a beginner?
It depends on your discipline. For Sporting Clays, an over/under 12 gauge is recommended. Contact me for personal advice.
How important is choke selection?
Very important. Chokes affect the spread pattern and thus your chances of hitting. We work with choke optimization in coaching sessions.
